Back to the grindstone this week, up and out of the house by six o’clock – this evening. I have lots to catch up on that I blew off all week, though, so it isn’t like I don’t have stuff to do. It’s kind of nice around here during the week, though. Just me and the dog and the cats running around sounding like they’re killing each other most of the time.
It’ll be interesting to see what valiant photo-op our leaders cook up this week. I just wish these things didn’t have to make so many innocent Iraqi families homeless (not to mention dead).
Frist?
Yup, guess so.
Okay, I’ll start.
Otis is doing much better. MUCH better. He has actually used the ramp we bought to get up on the couch, and the 48-hr trial with the feeding tube seems to have stimulated his appetite for real food. (Maybe a case of “Hey, if they’re gonna keep forcing this sludge into my stomach, I’d better start filling it myself”?)
The only bad thing is that, with his increased strength and activity (including resuming that full-body shake that cats do), he dislodged some of the stitches around his mouth. Don’t read the rest of this paragraph if this stuff grosses you out. We were hoping it wouldn’t create a problem–after all, the top of the tube is still attached up near his ear–but this morning I see it actually looks like the tube has more slack coming up from inside him. So I might have to bring him to the vet today instead of tomorrow, just to be safe. (When the hospital sent him home with the tube there were all sorts of caveats about how dangerous it would be if he started to vomit or the tube otherwise got dislodged.) Oy, just when I thought we’d avoided that crisis . . .
We now return you to the un-gross part of the post.
The thing is, I’m getting sick. I suppose it was inevitable, with all the stress of the past two weeks (has it really only been two weeks?), but it seems to be unstoppable. My throat is incredibly sore and red–very painful to swallow. Hubby took the airbed a third night to let me get a better night’s sleep upstairs. (Even though I think I would have slept just as well on the airbed.) He said that if he got sick, we could still limp along, but if I did, the whole Otis-care thing would fall apart. What a sweetie!
Anyway . . . I’m gonna go check on the boy on the couch and the other one, on the airbed. He should’ve been up half an hour ago!
Hey, PJ. I’ve gotten really spoiled with your lovely WordPress blog. If I migrate mine from Blogger, will I be able to do all the nice things with type (like smart quotes) and emoticons that you do here? I realize this blog is part of an actual Web site, and that might give you more control . . . just curious if it’s worth the hassle of switching. Blogger no good–me no like it!
Hey quietgirl, are you still out there? I saw V For Vendetta on Saturday. An excellent movie that should give people a lot to talk about as they leave the theater.
Personally, I want one of those 5-big-screen-TVs-in-the-shower things that the O’Reilly-like character had in his house. But it has to be American-made. 😀
We’re having a “Dress For Success” day at work today. I went out and bought a new suit, not so much just for today, but because I realized that the last time I bought a suit was Clinton’s first term. At least they have something to bury me in now if I get shot at a protest or something.
Although I have to say that I look damn good today. :jerk:
Hey, happy Monday, everybody! 😎
Yep. Some stuff is built in, and some stuff you’ll have to add in. You’ll also need a place to host it on the web, and it needs to support php and a MySQL database.
Kevin–the first time I glanced at your post, I read “Dress for Stress.” That would be my wardrobe lately: Put on the easiest clothes you can find so you can at least be comfortable in one area of your life! For me, that means sweats and sweaters for going out; sweats and T’s for staying home. I am quite the fashion plate around beautiful downtown Astoria, I must say!
Thanks, PJ. May not be worth it for the Tuxedo Boyz blog (since I don’t foresee updating it regularly once Otis gets past this), but going forward I will definitely use it.
finally the Fiday night show show was posted on premium AAR….geeez! (can you say “rip off”?)
anyway….great show…great guest…and funny stuff….and thankfully Earl’s HUGE chip on his shoulder didn’t permeate the whole show…only reared it’s nasty head in last minute of show.
I have to admit, I’m glad I didn’t sign up for the premium service. Not that the Al Franken webcam doesn’t sound compelling, but I’d rather listen to the show when I get up in the morning, than wait until they get around to posting it. Do they at least make you an “affiliate,” and send you three bumper stickers, or do they still expect another $50 to help “get AAR on the air?”
yea PJ, I agree…but my Hubby hated Bittorrent on his precious laptop…so I had to uninstall.
tHE “Al Cam” sounds better than it is…Franken is pretty unanimated…during commercials he is just rereading notes for next guest.
I think we should have a rule that whenever you refer to AAR’s “premium” service, “premium” should be in quotation marks. (Like that.)
That’s too bad. It isn’t like you have to leave it up and running if you don’t want to. How tech-savvy is he? Can you install it in an innocuous looking folder, and then hide all the shortcuts? Unless he reads this, in which case I would never suggest such a thing.
BitTorrent is just my backup source though. I get all my stuff by recording it. I just finished listening to Saturday’s Car Talk, and am listening to yesterday’s George Galloway right now. Actually, I have way more stuff recorded than I can possibly listen to.
I agree, CK, “premium” in quotes, or at least accompanied by “wink wink, nudge, nudge.”
Good Morning Seditionisti,
I’m really glad I didn’t do premium after hearing how long it’s been taking to get the shows up. I’d be really pissed. And I don’t really need to see Al’s ugly mug either. web cam is cool just because it’s kinda newish but I don’t know how marketable it is in the long run after the novelty wares off. I like it because it’s raw with no production value. It’s a nice change to the over-produced news on tv.
hubby’s more tech savy than i am…lotsa spyware/firewalls etc. I never mentioned I’d installed bittorrent but his spyware/firewall “tattletailed” on me. oh well, it’s not worth it…hubby’s a good guy and I’ll yield to him on this cuz he yields to me on most things.
hubby turned me on to Car Talk..we both love it now.

morning folks,
i haven’t went for premium either. have an older i-mac that i will use until it’s dead. just doesn’t have the capacity for podcasts. have tried to use the hubs linux based machine. he thought that was fine until there was kernal panic. now i am banned, rats!
Good morning everyone!
I cant imagine wanting to pay for thextra stuff on premium…they would have to offer something really compelling like Bruce Springsteen live in studio…or if Rachel had actually gotten Billy Bragg to preform…but as Sam said on Friday, you can always just drop $1.99 for a day pass if there is something good. He didnt say it like that, but thats how I took it. He meant to try it out and then spring for the whole thing.
If there is some extra interview that is so compelling on some show, Im sure one of us can get it and share it…meantime, Im surprised that people arent asking for their money back!

The Israeli Raid in Jericho: The Background
by Stephen Zunes; Foreign Policy in Focus ; March 20, 2006
The origins of the March 14 Israeli raid of a Palestinian prison in Jericho are rooted in another Israeli raid on a Palestinian city in 2001.
On August 27 of that year, Israeli occupation forces assaulted the offices of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) with a U.S.-supplied helicopter gunship and missiles. Their target was PFLP leader Abu Ali Mustafa, who was killed instantly. The PFLP vowed to retaliate.
The PFLP, a Marxist movement notorious for engineering a spate of airline hijackings in the early 1970s, had in previous years ended its involvement in international terrorism and had returned from exile to emerge as part of the secular leftist opposition to both the Fatah-dominated Palestine Authority and the Islamist Hamas. As a legal political party, the PFLP regularly put forward candidates in Palestinian elections, though their percentage of the popular vote rarely scored better than the low single digits. The PFLP also maintained an armed militia, though–unlike Hamas and Islamic Jihad–it primarily targeted the Israeli military and police in the occupied territories rather than civilians inside Israel…

they are, but they don’t get replys from aar, so they go to air america place. this is just one guy as far as i know, and it is going south. http://www.airamericaplace.com/boards/index.php?showtopic=15661
Geez. What an asshole.
I mean, I knew things were fucked up the first week when I had to send files I’d downloaded with Replay to Bob so he could post them for “premium” customers. You’d think maybe they’d have offered me something in return–not why I did it at all; I did it out of love for Maron, my blogsibs, the memory of MS–but, Nooooo! (Sorry. Channeling John Belushi there for a minute.) It was as if it was expected that one of us would step up to the plate.
Whatevah.
I was in my car listening to Nick Ware’s very sobering report from the streets of Bagdad on Maddow’s show this morning, and just laughing my ass off. Insensitive, yes, but i defy anyone not to think of Angus when Ware opens his mouth. Maximum violence!!
And how can Kent Jones just sit there at Maddow’s side while this guy is talking without cracking up?
Bloody Sheit wankers, the lot of them.
Anybody got a fix on when the Clippers are going to cut this crap out and give us our full show back?
Anybody got a fix on when the Clippers are going to cut this crap out and give us our full show back?

well, melded messages, oops. mine took over the last poster, why? we do not know? night all
God! What a nightmare for subscribers…you know, all you do is call your credit card company and have them dispute the charge. if AAR doesnt answer then the charge is recinded. If they do then they will have to prove that they delivered the service paid for to the credit card company’s satisfaction….
This sorta remins me of way back when AOL had a bunch of kids working for them who changed people’s subscriptions aorund. For instance, I had one with many minutes or what was the new unlimited plan back then, but they changed it to one that counted the minutes, so I suddenly owed them hundreds of dollars just from leaving the computer on while I was chaning after Will when he was a baby….
Well it was so bad that the attorney General of CT got involved and collected a ton of stories on a special website and went after them for massive fraud….adn they expunged all of our bills forthwith.
If Bob isnt up to this job…and I expect that they are not paying him much and treating hi not so great, they should get someone else…its not like anyone wouldnt be able to do it. Hell, if I can edit the shows in less than 5 mins on the fly while feeding dogs and making tea, anyone can…I even do it with the nouse because I dont care if its perfect. If I made bookmarks I oculd easily make it perfect.
I could even do it without listening to it now that I know what it looks like!!
This makes me so sad because I think that AAR is falling apart and its such a loss…
But I really think that there should be a big movement of premium subscribers to challenge the charge for lack of deliver of service and a grass roots movement to share the shows through other channels.
Im into that in that I think its important to get the material out there, and its so easy via AOL or Torrent or whatever. How much oculd they be making on this to make it worth it?
I cant be a fly on the wall there…but it boggles the imagination that they wouldnt just build the base with these podcasts, and further, really embrace the fans…
What a mess!
I guess that when I get home I will write some letters to the brass in the hopes that this gets through to the board.
If anyone from AAR is reading this blog…please look at this issue!! Even an Intern from a technical program could do customer service and show posting better than what is happening….!!!!
Very sad…and I have to take Will for bloodwork! Ugh!!
Melina–hope everything goes okay with Will.
Thanks for the good wishes CK- At least he doesnt scream at the top of his lungs anymore! Its become a pretty regular thing…used to be a really big deal!
Oh well….best laid plans….My MOm drove away with my car with the bloodwork paper in it so….Will gets a reprieve at least till this afternoon! He is happy and eating!
Which means we cant do the cholesterol today (he inherited his father’s family cholesterol problem and by the time I talked the pediatrician into testing it when he was little it was something like 400!! So he takes lipitor and gets tested all the time.)…but there is other stuff regarding Lyme disease that he needs to do, because he is so achey…maybe just growing pains because hes shot up so tall suddenly…but Lyme has been a problem in the past and we havent been treating it for a long time. I hate this crap…
I sorta want to start a “save AAR” page where people from all the blogs and forumns can go to document their problems and express their concerns as a way to get the mass of unhappiness together to try to have some effect on the management before its too late…just not sure if I have the time to get it together….
ck – you HAVE to take care of yourself too!!!
It does sound like Otis is getting better – having an appetite is very good news.
Let us know what the vet says about the feeding tube.
Is Otis eating enough to survive without it?
CK- You must go to the Dr…I was sick for 3 weeks with that thing…and it starts in the throat and heads to the lung quickly! My son got better so quickly because they gave him the antibiotics right away. I waited a week and look what happened…Im still not completely better and I have this troubling back problem that might be left over from that sickness. Get antibiotics!!…dont try to get better by yourself like I did! This thing lingers.
I still maintain that the fault lies with Air America and not Bob.
I believe Bob is a volunteer who just got ripped a new asshole (again) for taking part of the weekend off. (He made an announcement about it on the 15th).
Sure I was pissed but the 13cents a show puts it into perspective- at least for me. Thanks to cnick I think everyone who was obssesed about it got to listen to the show. sure I will complain to AAR not to AAPlace.
What if our pj was treated like this?
I keep thinking about the whole Clear Channel connection. Is this whole experiment planned to fail? Bill Mahr talked about how right wing Clear channel is and Randi always talks about how she is working for Clear Channel. The Seattle affiliate is a Clear Channel station and there was NO response from management when they changed the programming after tricking us into thinking we were voting for weekend programming. I listen live while in Portland but can barely stand to have anything to do with my local AAR affiliate even after I won those Marc Maron tickets.
:roll:What gives?
Oh CK take care of yourself- I will use quotes when I say “premium”:hubba: wink wink nudge nudge
Well, my PCP (who’s around the corner) has office hours tomorrow morning, so I can stop by then. Whatever “this” is, I can definitely feel it interfering with my breathing–I had a rough time with my asthma all weekend but till today wasn’t sure if it was allergies or a cold.
We’re actually leaving in about 20 minutes for the vet. Hard to tell if Otis is eating enough; the tube, we think, makes it hard for him to swallow, let alone eat, and now that it’s coming out it’s hard to tell what his appetite is like. (Although clearly better than it’s been; hubby said in addition to letting him know he was hungry several times overnight–hubby had to fill his bowl three times–Otis also ate some of Elwood’s leftover food.) At this point, the tube will either have to be removed or reinserted; I figure if they remove it we can always reinsert it in a day or two if necessary. But once Otis doesn’t have the tube (or the e-collar), I think he’ll feel a lot better about doing the things he used to do and won’t need it again.
I’ll keep you posted!
There is actually already a Save Air America Radio site- but it hasn’t had much done with it since the demise of MS.
If AAR provided me with wav file that had nothing (silence) during the commercials, I could edit it and FTP it automatically up to where it needs to go. I could probably even figure out how to write a script to do the whole thing unattended. Maybe. I guess they’re looking at automating the process.
As it is, it takes me about ten minutes or less to import the mp3, take out the commercials and the KTLK teasers and all that crap, which is slightly harder to find than the commericals, and then export it as a 24kbps mp3. Some of the shows are a little harder – but not much.
When the podcasts were a labor of love, and Bob/AAP truly were doing everyone a favor by providing them, delays were certainly acceptable, and unavoidable. We were lucky to get them at all – AAR certainly wouldn’t have bothered – not before many, many shows were lost, anyway.
Unfortunately, that all changes when you start charging for something, and it’s AAR’s responsibility (and no reflection on Bob or AAP at all) to make sure the shows get posted. A 15 minute turnaround time is a bit much to expect, but (IMHO) AAR needs to provide the people or the tech to get the shows edited and online as soon as possible – I think an hour or two is reasonable, even if the show ends at 1AM Eastern, and, no, I don’t think Bob should have to be the only one to do it. They can charge more, if they need to (personally, I think the podcasts are a relatively cheap form of “branding,” especially in light of the fact that very few of us can get all – if any – of the shows locally, and ought to be subsidized by AAR without trying to make too much money, or even losing some – and that certainly might be the case as it is).
They may find it easier to just quit trying to make a buck and encourage fan sites and bittorrents to pick up the slack, if the $4,000 a month in bandwidth they were paying was too much (again, seems like a cheap way to keep the AAR brand name out there, but what do I know).
If I thought they’d listen, I give them Melina’s suggestion, and have them set up a shoutcast rebroadcast of the stream in the morning for premium subscribers, and do a blog or chat room to go along with it. Hell, I’d even be willing to pilot the program with us, here (assuming there wouldn’t be a whole boatload of people tuning in) for them, but I wouldn’t want to infringe on their stuff.
Anyway, they need more than (delayed) podcasts and the Al Cam to get people to pony up.
two hours no posts? wtf is going on here? oh uh buy panera!
free wi-fi is sweet every place should get one!
I find it monumentally stupifying that Fearsome Leader can call for a new vote in Belarus after the rethugs did everything they could to circumvent fair and open elections in this country in 2000 and 2004. Is this irony or taunting?

just checked the clippers schedule for this week. they are away all week so their games start earlier 5p pacific time. hurray, we should have a full week of shows unless they carry some other sports, do they????? glad i checked in to see others had problems with the friday podcast….
Darn, I missed Sam Seder filling in for Franken today. But, I hear he will be doing the Franken gig all week! 😀
uh i think they carry ucla im calling and bitching at maron tonight!
west virginia sucks! ohio tomorrow!
The question is, will the show be on early tonight (game is at 5:30)? Or just on time? Better set the old Replay to start early – we might need to bail out the Premium folks again.
Less than 50 posts? Jeez. Everyone must have spring fever today. 😆

I may have to try this dressing-up thing more often. It’s nice getting compliments all day, superficial though it may be. (At least it beats being yelled at.) Even had an overture from a woman in another department who I’ve been trying to get to know for a few weeks. Wow!

Listen to George Galloway’s show on the weekends. It isn’t quite Angus, but between the Scots, Irish, Welsh, and 10 or 12 British dialects, it’s mighty entertaining. I used to have regular dealings with some of the folks from the Scottish Crown Office (not to mention the Dumfries and Galloway Constabulary), and it was all I could do to keep from breaking into my Scottish brogue (I do a pretty good groundskeeper Willie, if I do say so myself).

“If This Is Not Civil War, Then God Knows What Civil War Is”
Death Squads on the Prowl; Iraq Convulsed by Fear
By PATRICK COCKBURN
Irbil, Iraq.
Iraq is a country convulsed by fear. It is at its worst in Baghdad. Sectarian killings are commonplace. In the three days after the bombing of the Shia shrine in Samarra on February 22 , some 1,300 people, mostly Sunni, were picked up on the street or dragged from their cars and murdered. The dead bodies of four suspected suicide bombers were left dangling from a pylon in the Sadr City slum.
The scale of the violence is such that most of it is unreported. Iyad Allawi, the former prime minister, said yesterday that scores were dying every day. “It is unfortunate that we are in civil war. We are losing each day, as an average, 50 to 60 people throughout the country, if not more,” he said. “If this is not civil war, then God knows what civil war is.” […]

But the new results are worth a look. In the 1960s Jack Block and his wife and fellow professor Jeanne Block (now deceased) began tracking more than 100 nursery school kids as part of a general study of personality. The kids’ personalities were rated at the time by teachers and assistants who had known them for months. There’s no reason to think political bias skewed the ratings — the investigators were not looking at political orientation back then. Even if they had been, it’s unlikely that 3- and 4-year-olds would have had much idea about their political leanings.
A few decades later, Block followed up with more surveys, looking again at personality, and this time at politics, too. The whiny kids tended to grow up conservative, and turned into rigid young adults who hewed closely to traditional gender roles and were uncomfortable with ambiguity.
The confident kids turned out liberal and were still hanging loose, turning into bright, non-conforming adults with wide interests. The girls were still outgoing, but the young men tended to turn a little introspective.
Block admits in his paper that liberal Berkeley is not representative of the whole country. But within his sample, he says, the results hold. He reasons that insecure kids look for the reassurance provided by tradition and authority, and find it in conservative politics. The more confident kids are eager to explore alternatives to the way things are, and find liberal politics more congenial.

Most of the future rethugs I knew in High School were bullies or football players or both.
Good news, :sheep:le!
Otis has had his feeding tube and stitches removed and shed his e-collar!
We are expecting some bloodwork back tomorrow, at which time his meds will be recalibrated. He’s lost about a pound and a half–this is actually a good weight for him, but of course not the best way to have reached it–which may also affect the recalibration.
The vet was very pleased with his knee and said we should resume giving him his glucosamine/condroitin combo (which we put in his food, and which we didn’t really have the opportunity to do last week, since we could never be sure what he’d eat or when).
Of course, the trip was not without its bumps, including Otis’s deciding to pee inside his carrier (read: on me) about five minutes into the trip. My little Ratso Rizzo got his self cleaned up at the vet’s office, but I had to wait till we got home to do the same. :blech:
And then there’s this thing, whatever it is, that I have. I conked out (on the air mattress) after my shower and change of clothes and woke up feeling worse. I cannot believe how my throat just keeps getting redder and redder, and it’s definitely headed to my chest. I have a full course of Zithromax here (stockpiled from the last time, whenever that was; it expires this month), but I figure if I can wait till I see my doctor I should.
So this wonderful (mostly) news is being filtered through groggy and sick eyes, but of course I had to share it with you guys. I’ve got my fingers crossed that the bloodwork comes back without any strange surprises and that we can look forward to watching the little guy get stronger with each passing week.
Thank you for all your support!!!

So glad that Otis is on the mend.

hmmm, Palast… well, THAT is interesting.
Hi blog warriors. glad Otis is ok but worry our CK has strep throat.
It’s been a looong day. It started with my writing an open letter to Senator Chabliss for his attacks on the media reporting on Iraq. Then Mr called from the 4th infantry Division. He was out on Patrol looking for weapons caches. They were hit by an IED. The Humvee he was in rolled over it, the next Humvee detonated it. Somehow, the soldiers only suffered cuts/bruises. The Humvee was destroyed and we should see it on Wed. night’s story, In the middle of our conversation, the sat phone went kaput, dead, done. He never called back. Well, I was fretting all day. So I did piddly ass shit like vacuumed the attic. Finally around 4:30 he called “safe” at camp, They had hit a second IED (that’s 2 in 2 hours) and had to weave gingerly back to base. Making phone calls on a sat phone was not such a good idea. He’ll be back in Baghdad tomorrow where he’ll be “safe and sound.” We laughed at that since that’s where his compound was bombed. I think I heard during the day our Pres & VP talk about how wonderful things are in Iraq, but when I heard their words I was sure it was a surreal dream.
:billcat:
FK–I can’t wait till Mr. is “safe and sound” back home with you. I bet you can’t, either. My thoughts will be with you both until then.

I’m worried about strep, too. Guess we’ll find out tomorrow.
thanks, ck, I’m kind of worn out by the whole thing.
glad to hear you’re going to the doctor tomorrow.
Go Otis! (We’re just getting this communal good vibe stuff revved up for you Farmerkat.)
When tinking about AAR “Premium” just think about it the way you do about your car insurance “premium.” It’s a protection racket. A coupla’ bucks a day and if someone gets all up in my grill, State Farm’s boy will go “discuss” it with them.

…oh how “indiscreet!!”…Mr Nader writes: “I was just getting going with my private critique of this survey when it occurred to me that…” I would have to publicize this private moment in order to forward…um…MYSELF!!! Tee hee….and use it as a way to say that I was asked advice by Howard Dean!!!…Howie needs meeeee!!!!…and maybe to just contribute to everyone on the left side of things going in different directions rather than joining together to fight a common evil that is so evil that the face of the earth will definitley change in our lifetimes if we dont get it together…naw…I think that since I am so angry and so completely self centered, I will try to lob bullshit whenever I get a chance and “truthout” will help me, rather than trying to help rally every person on the left to get together and try to save the world as we know it!Im more important than that…I have a campaign to plan!

Farmer- how horrible for you to have to wait all day on pins and needles like that. Its just so terrifying…and I know that you and Mr must be acutely aware that he gets to come home and has to leave behind a whole bunch of people who are his friends and comrades….damn!
It mustve been very hard for you to have to go on with your day! Too much stress!
Im so glad that none of them were hurt!
Bob Woodruff is only just now home and they say up and talking and laughing…but it will be months before he is really OK. This war is the worst for injuries…there has never been anything like it.
Shame on the BUsh Cheney people for spouting the crap about the war being a success….How can it still be that they think that if they repeat it enough and Fox broadcasts the soundbites enough that it will be true????
How can this be happening?
CK- Im so glad that the tube is out and that Otis feels so much better. It should be smooth sailing from now on….Im more worried about you and what may very well be strep or the beginnings of pneumonia. My sister has very bad asthma and everytime she gets any sort of respiratory thing it goes in her lung immediately!
Im sure they will put you antibiotics…just wish you didnt have ot wait. They gave Will zithromax and I took some Ketek that I had here (which is like zithromax but stronger.)…Im sure that they will give you augmentin though…or the z-pack…and you can refill and just take the expiring one;-)
Hard day today and I didnt get a chance to write my blog at all, even though I was kicking it around all day driving my Mom’a little underpowered Matrix with a Hillary sticker on the back…tomorrow I have to have a big test again and its such a pain in the butt and so worrisome. I just dont know what to think.
This AAR thing really has me down…its just further proof of how screwed up things are over there….
I used to feel so hopeful about it all….I used to think it was a real voice of the future and the changes that would happen. And instead we lost the election and the corporatocracy took over AAR….
Yeah, they are spinning out of control , but so are we in so many ways…and what is gonna be left at the end of this?
Well, Its interesting that Sam is covering again for Franken. He calls him Senator Franken….I wonder if Sam might not take over the Franken show and then Marc could take over the evening slot. Jeaneane is not around enough to commit to being sole hostess. I was listening to Al form Friday today and he was talking about Katherine and I was so sad and missing those days when Al had someone to control him. Him and the Leprechaun with a wee bit of the diarhea…ick!
Isi or anyone…I usually have all of these shows except Randi, so if you ever need any of them just ask. I usually delete them after a few days. The easiest transfer that Ive found is the AOL instant messenger (thanks to Seanie)…its a great way to transfer and an easy free download.
OK goodnight everyone…enjoy the funny. I guess Ill have mine start early just in case, but with that early start time I expect that they will pick up on Sam and/or Jeaneane in progress for the last hour or so…right?
I need my funny tomorrow!
PJ- Thanks….I guess Ill listen to Sam, Sam, and….jeeze…Rachel…tomorrow…And I have 2 new records and tons of Tech Talk and Mahr podcasts (Ive missed the last 2 shows…now, there is a nice free podcast.)

FIRETRUCK!
FOREVER!
:fire:
Crap, so nothing to wake up to in the morning for me. It’s bad enough to miss the live broadcast but to not even have it to look forward to in the morning is a drag on top of a drag!
Are they just trying to find any ol’ thing to preempt Marc?? 😉
FK, it looks like that Palm Tree Feng Shui worked it’s magic for Mr long distance today! 😎
