So, the best days for me to see Marc, Janeane and Henry are Friday April 27th and Saturday April 28th and Sunday the 29th. We only officially got 18 inches from the Nor’easter (had more than that at my house though), but now we’re getting dumped on by the lake effect aftermath. Not sure what the snowfall totals are, but there’s something like 30″ on the ground. I know the snowbanks at the end of my driveway are up around six feet. This thing I’ve got has me really wiped out. Barely got out of bed yesterday, and the chills and fever spiked up pretty high last night, I think. Poor dog hasn’t been out for walkies in days.

Oh, pj, your poor, poor pooch! A few years ago we had a terrible ice storm and Faraday (and his then-living big sister Tesla) were locked inside because my doors had frozen shut) had to stay inside for a week. By the end of it all his housebreaking was … um … broken and I’m still trying to get him back on track. And he’s not a happy pup about it.

Franken fans aren’t used to hearing anything outside the rarified air of Franken’s mind. And for all that Franken is supposed to be a comedian, his show was rarely entertaining. I suspect some of his fans might consider anything lively to be sacreligious. (Ever since Lanpher left the show, his show got more and more and more boring…)

at the regular time over the air and I was able to listen to the whole 3 hours again on WCPT Chicago which is running it right after Ed Schultz’s show. Two days of 6-hour Maron-a-thons!
(I can hear WCPT in Wisconsin when I can’t hear it in parts of
Chicago! Go figure!)
