I think that local police depts typically employ intensive interrogation .. I don’t think they go as far as water boarding but the typical criminal can’t afford the type of lawyer that might contend how they were treated. I don’t think the local police, much less the US Attorney uses techniques that border on torture. Ol’ Rudy is talking about NYC. I really think he’s just trying to sound tough, like O’Reilly does. Explanation: Surprising Comet Holmes remains easily visible as a round, fuzzy cloud in the northern constellation Perseus. Skywatchers with telescopes, binoculars, or those that just decide to look up can enjoy the solar system’s latest prodigy as it glides about 150 million kilometers from Earth, beyond the orbit of Mars. Still expanding, Holmes now appears to be about 1/3 the size of the Full Moon, and many observers report a yellowish tint to the dusty coma. A golden color does dominate this telescopic view recorded on November 1, showing variations across the coma’s bright central region. But where’s the comet’s tail? Like any good comet, Holmes’ tail would tend to point away from the Sun. That direction is nearly along our line-of-sight behind the comet, making its tail very difficult to see.

OK, all you Seditionisti and Maronites, help pimp my home entertainment. Mr. B and I are in the market for an HDTV for Solstice this year. Our living room is 15 x 15, so we’re thinking nothing bigger than a 42″, and we’re thinking LCD because of the size. Anyone have any suggestions for make/model?
I’ve been looking at LCD HDTVs for a while now, but am too :40: and :bong: to respond coherently at this point in time. Remind me in the AM. As an aside, I defy you to clean pot on a CD as well as can be done on my Elephant’s Memory album cover. Not that it needs to be Elephant’s Memory, of course.
