Another one of those “not much to say” kinda mornings. Except I’m glad Farmerkat got out of Georgia before the Russians invaded.

pj- If you haven’t thought of an adventure yet and want to get back into winter condition…, we’re supposed to have snow down to 10,000 ft friday :cold: There’s a beautiful little campground off Peak to Peak highway near Nederland.
Greetings from :yinyang: :reaper: Lily Dale :reaper: :yinyang:
Lots of Thunderboomers 😮 and rain here. I’m working on getting our photos organized in between workshops & spirit walks. Night photos are just FULL of orbs. :omg:
The joint is jumping :tinfoil: :reaper:
Have a good day, Bloggies!! :jesus:

Olympic women’s water polo results:
USA snatches a draw from the jaws of victory, as the Italian women score with 22 seconds remaining to force a 9-9 tie. Not the first time an Italian woman has broken my heart. But I digress.
Good news is none of the other teams have managed two victories either. Four teams, including USA, tied at 1-0-1. Two of the eight teams are eliminated after Friday’s play, so Brenda Villa (who scored twice yesterday!) and crew should be in good shape.
They play Russia tomorrow, assuming the Russkies haven’t blown up the planet in the meantime or Cheney hasn’t blown them up first.
I will refrain from posting the dancing banana here, since apparently some people have an issue with emoticons.
 just for you Kev
Mornin’. RG , post some pictures of the baby. How old is she now?
The summer is almost over. 😥 It doesn’t seem as if we’ve had much of a vacation. But, 2 days after Labor day, I have to begin laboring by attending the first boring conference of the year. 🙁
Mark Green has personally invited me to the AAR cruise. And one of the guest speakers is going to be Bob Shrum! Boy, howdy, Bob Shrum. And Lionel! Golly gee, I think I’ll go for the Deluxe Suite with Verandah.
Thursday
and thus the music of the day of the week probably bites the dust.
If you look, maybe the snowy imagery will relieve those in heat.
Yay! Damn hospitals have too much money anyway.
This is on top of two other finding cuts, amounting to about 10% for where we work. Plus there’s a 120-day hiring freeze – even to replace vacant positions.
This is mostly George Pataki’s fault (and the Republicans) for cutting taxes when times were good and not saving anything (as Carl McCall told him to).
Of course, I don’t trust Paterson, either. He never looks you in the eye. :rofl2: I guess you gotta be a NY’er to get that one.
RAGING Granny, Tea Cheers … Wicked cool haunts :reaper: & storms… :pent: /|\

Is that what it was? I deleted mine as soon as I saw the name Mark Green.
He wants me to go so bad, he sent me 4 of them.
Green must realize how much you want a vacation, PJ.
He’s paying, right? I mean, they wouldn’t expect me to pay to be stuck on a boat with Lionel and Bob Shrum, would they?

If I woke up and discovered I was stranded at sea on a boat with Lionel, you’d see swimming that would make Michael Phelps envious.
Link between moisturizing lotion and skin cancer found in mice exposed to ultra violet radiation.
Marketing by Johnson and Johnson? They’re developing a lotion blend that won’t increase the risk of skin cancer in mice that already have a significant occurrence of 80% of the disease.
Reminds me of the Lycopene benefits labeled on ketchup bottled from Hinze. And a multitude of other products on virtually every other thirty-second ad on TV.
Beer and McDonalds commercials are everywhere on the NBC Olympics.

Hey Art, I’d love to come out your way. Bit far to get there by tomorrow, though.
On my way out West one time, I went through Denver, and started to climb up the mountains. Don’t recall the route. But there were signs for a campground, so I stopped in and chatted with the owner. They weren’t open yet, but he was really cool, and told me that as long as I didn’t burn the place down, I could go camp wherever I wanted. I had the whole place to myself, and was up in the trees with an amazing view. It was great. I’ve always wanted to get back out there.
You’re making me “homesick” Art.
A study done by a group of commercial aquariums concludes that otopuses have 6 arms and 2 legs.

Amazon sent my shipment from federal way WA through Frigging Kansas :fu: :fustrate: :growl:
I have been so good staying away from those people and I fell into the supersaver shipment trap…what I really wanted was under $2.50.

What’s the matter with Kansas?
So that is why they changed the name to Help?
pj- (if you just want a weekend away)
If you can get here tomorrow night, I’ll pick you up at DIA. We’ve got a spare bedroom- we can drive up Coal Creek Canyon saturday for breakfast overlooking the Continental Divide. We’ve got a ton of camping equipment. You’d be on your own tho- camping to me always means sucky food tasting like carbon. :yuck: and :cold:
Andy- Was that from your Gold Hill days? :cold:
