OK, just a quickie today, ‘cuz I’m getting pretty sick of these people.
On Press the Meat, Democrat Paul Begala, Republican Mike Murphy and asswipe Chuck Todd blather on as if they actually know anything (Begala is kinda funny sometimes, though, I’ll give him credit for that). Then some more blathering with David Gregory, Gwen Ifill, Peggy :yuck: Noonan, and David Yepsen.
At Faze the Nation, it’s Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm, DINO Dianne Feinstein, asshole repiglican Roy Blunt, New Mexico twit Heather Wilson, and the ever-annoying douche bag form the NY Times, David Brooks (why is it that know-it-alls never seem to know much).
On Fux News Sunday Weaselface Wallace will try to out-weasel Traitor Joe Lieberman, Claire McCaskill will be on as well, and then it’s the Pillsbury Dough Nazi, Karl Rove. Plus the usual fuxheads, of course, and Brooks Jackson, director of Factcheck.org.
At the Goebbels network, George Snufalufagus has PA Governor Ed Rendell, MN Governor Tim “bridges? We don’t need no stinkin’ bridges” Pawlenty, Florida republican asshole Senator Mel Martinez), and Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown. Then, on the “Roundtable,” it’s Time’s Karen Tumulty, The Nation’s Katrina Vanden Heuvel, WSJ putz, Gerald Seib, and George :jerk: Will join George to debate the week’s politics.
I don’t know who’s comign up on CNN’s Lame Emission, and I don’t really care.
Later, on 60 Minutes, SU alum (take a drink, Vernon) Steve Kroft looks at some of the arcane Wall Street financial instruments that have magnified the economic crisis. Scott Pelley talks to the officer who led the army’s Delta Force mission to kill Osama bin Laden after 9/11, who reveals what really happened in Tora Bora, Afghanistan. And Lesley Stahl reports on the race to develop and produce a viable electric car. Supposedly.
Have a good one everybody.
Mornin pj!
thanks for keepin the blog up.
goodun on the last thread artnorton.
PJ, I like the new coinage, Repiglican, though I doubt that pigs deserve the infamy.

Dubya?
McCain’s tax returns omit gambling winning and losses.
Palin’s returns don’t include those per diems.
What mavericks they are and how patriotic!
Once again, there were duelling rallies here in Anchorage. The McCain-Palin rally was held in the just-completed Dena’ina Convention Center in downtown Anchorage. The Obama rally was held outside, just a couple blocks away, at the Delaney Park Strip.
One would think that the Republican rally celebrating the hometown girl, in her very very red state would have drawn a huge crowd, and that the Obama rally would be a few brave intrepid souls with a couple signs shivering by the side of the road. One would be wrong.

The Rethugs of Alaska ended up with a room full of chairs. There are nice pics.
Stephen’s affidavit here?
Is anyone interested in looking at the affadavit? I can’t link to it. I can copy and paste it if anyone is interested but it’s 3 pages long. Let me know.
KP, the link leads to an error message.
Any news on your detective work?
I know, that’s why I was gonna copy/paste. No I haven’t heard anything.
You can’t copy and paste the link directly from gmail, ‘cuz it puts funny stuff in there. You need to follow the link, then copy the website address.
Oh, gmail can be kind of stupid sometimes. Try this.
Lame-O :joe:
That’s not change we can believe in, Krista.
I can’t believe no one posted this yet.
Brigade homeland tours start Oct. 1
3rd Infantry’s 1st BCT trains for a new dwell-time mission. Helping ‘people at home’ may become a permanent part of the active Army
Isn’t that the National Guards’ job?? :tinfoil:
“I’m just enraged that McCain calls himself a maverick,†said Terrellita Maverick, 82, a San Antonio native who proudly carries the name of a family that has been known for its progressive politics since the 1600s, when an early ancestor in Boston got into trouble with the law over his agitation for the rights of indentured servants.

Isn’t that amazingly clear? He has almost 200 vids on youtube. :pup:
I just got an email that Dr. Saks was killed in a car accident on Oct 4. I was telling you about him the week before last. He was more than my doctor, he was a friend and someone who truly cared about people. I’m gonna really miss him. He had a wife and 2 young children. :gate: :gate: :rabbi: :menorah: :sdavid:
Why can’t the evil ones get killed in car wrecks! Why is it always good people! :fustrate:
All that knowledge and skill, just gone. I can’t believe it. He really got me through some rough periods. God, I feel bad for his wife and kids. How awfully sad, as if there isn’t enough to go around already at the hands of these neo nazis.
KP, I’m so sorry to hear about your friend. :gate:
Thanks, Sue. :jesus:
