This is gonna have to be a quickie. Press the Meat has Joe Biden and a fair and balanced roundtable of Republican Mike Murphy and Republican Joe Scarborough.
At Faze the Nation it’s Dick Durbin and Chinless Mitch McConnell.
Fux News Sunday has Chris Dodd and Charles Grassley and the US Chamber of Commerce CEO, whose name I can’t remember. And some fuxheads.
At the Goebbels network, George Snufalufagus has Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and Mitt and the magic underpants Romney. Plus a roundtable with George :jerk: Will, Donna Brazile, National Journal’s Ron Brownstein and WSJ lackey Kimberley Strassel.
Mostly, though, it’s the season premiere of True Blood on HBO. Mmmm. Sookie.
Good Morning Patriots!
The boys are on their way to southern Afghanistan now. Mike’s Twitter:

and undoubtedly sad remembrance on PtM on the anniversary of the passing of Timmeh
Mike’s new movie.
Finally hooked up to Mike’s twitter. I had to work on that. I am not that much of a twit.
vern, that ice cream sounds potentially ghastly – Government Cheese and foi gras??????
re Twitter. Yeah, it took me a bit to get it working, too.
My guess is gubm’nt cheese works on a cheesecake level and fois gras is often served with sweet accompaniments. At the price of foi gras these days I doubt that one makes the playlist very often.
the inhumanity of foi gras should take it off the menu:
Culinary Cruelty: Undercover In Canada –
I think it is outlawed in Cali in the next few years. Maybe they are serving a mock foi gras or is it faux gras?
Lola graduated from puppy school. She got a diploma she can’t read and a big bag of treats that she certainly knows how to use.
We’re very proud of her even though she only follows those commands when they don’t interfere with her doing something mischievous instead.
An while we’re on the subject:
Shattering The Meat Myth: Humans Are Natural Vegetarians
(Congratulations Lola! :pup: )
P.S. Bacon is a vegetable in Okie land.
If anyone is interested here is a site http://search.twitter.com/search?q=%23Iranelection
where you can get updated twittering (twitters?) whatever about what’s going on in Iran.
There’s speculation that :billcat: “acckkk!”my-dinner-jhad”
has imported Hezbolloh to enforce the stolen election because people have noticed ‘police’ speaking in Arabic and not the national Farsi. Christiane Amanpour (CNN link at bottom) is in Tehran and asks what’s his name if he’s guaranteeing the safety of his opponent and he responds by talking about soccer fans. 😮
The weather here has been very abnormal here all month. 10 straight weekends of rain, tempratures 8-10 degrees below normal and lots and lots of (admittadlly) weak tornadoes for the last two weeks. There was a funnel cloud spotted from Coors Field today that resulted a delay of game for the Rockes. Several funnel clouds spotted just two miles south-east from our house.
Stay safe artnorton!
Thanks SueP but it’s all been over for several hours.
I’ve lived in Colorado for 37 years and I’ve never seen such a long period of rain, lightening and tornadoes. I grew up in the mid-west and witnessed a lot of bad weather. When the sky turns gray and green, be very 😯
What’s going on with the always entertaining NY legislature? Have the turn-coat dems and the crooked guy voted
for martial law yet? Or to make “Blinky” Emperor pro-tem?
Students under fire at Tehran University are asking the world to wear green tomorrow in sympathy.
