Not much to say this morning, except that today’s Woot looks pretty tempting (though this USB cup warmer looks good, too, and it a lot cheaper). It’s the Mystery Science Theater 3000 DVD – 12 Pack, including such classics as The Robot Vs. The Aztec Mummy, Zombie Nightmare, and Manhunt in Space. Otherwise, I’m just caught up in the thrill of getting back to work again this morning. These weekends just seem to last forever. I wonder if we can get some Republican to sponsor a bill to make the work week six days instead of five.
Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) will lead Republican opposition to the popular cash-for-clunkers program in an attempt to block additional funding when it comes up for consideration in the Senate this week.

Mc Cain is worried about the budget. I’d have more respect for his position if he opposed the Iraq war and/or the Bush tax cuts. Those, however, are examples of Republican fiscal responsibility.
Tonight either Keith Olbermann resigns on air keeping his integrity intact after GE has allegedly reached some kind of deal for him laying off O’Liely (in addition to embracing Richard Wolf as a ‘paid-for’ corporate mouth-piece)or he set’s himself on fire while interviewing Orly Taitz.
If that isn’t entertaining enough, progressive Denver radio host, David Sirota, is scheduled to appear on O’LIely’s show at the same time. Set your Tivo.
Tom Hartmann, not David Sirota…, sorry 😕
KO let both parties have it with both barrels. :fu: :fist:
