Today promises to be absolutely booblisious. For instance, on Press the Meat, it’s the chair the President’s Council of Economic Advisers, Christina Romer. Then things get really booby, with a roundtable of Mr Andrea Mitchell, Alan Greenspan, Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm, Mitt and the Magic Underpants Romney, and douchebag Jim Cramer.
The boobs keep on bouncin’ over at CBS, as Faze the Nation has sad sack Joe Lieberman, ferret face Mitch McConnell, Ben “worst hairpiece in the US Senate” Nelson, and Jay Rockefeller.
On Fux News Sunday, Weaselface Wallace has Judd Gregg and Claire McCaskill, plus one of the biggest boobs in the Federal Government, James Inhofe, and Ed Markey. Today’s fuxheads include idiot (but not savant) Bill Kristol and abortion that lived, Liz Cheney. Fux’s Power Player of the Week is Inez Tenenbaum, Chairman, US Consumer Product Safety Commission.
The Goebbels Network welcomes Wall Street’s the Obama Administration’s Larry Summers and shithead Eric Cantor. Plus George Snufalufagus hosts a “powerhouse” roundtable with George :jerk: Will, Bush mouthpiese Ed Gillespie, Arianna Huffington, John Podesta and April Ryan, Chief Washington Correspondent for American Urban Radio Network.
On CNN Fareed Zakaria has a “debate” on Global Warming between Danish author Bjorn Lomborg (author of ‘The Skeptical Environmentalist, which the Danish Committees on Scientific Dishonesty cited for Fabrication of data, Selective discarding of unwanted results (selective citation), Deliberately misleading use of statistical methods, Distorted interpretation of conclusions, Plagiarism, and Deliberate misinterpretation of others’ results), and Paul Krugman on global warming. Plus a panel discussion with a bunch of unnamed “stars.”
Have a good one.
The average New Yorker uses one-half to one-third the electricity of other Americans. Our carbon footprints are just 29 percent of people who live outside the five boroughs, and City Hall has practical plans to reduce even that amount by nearly a third over the next two decades.

So it makes perfect sense that Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg is going to Copenhagen on Monday and Tuesday to address the international conference on climate change
snip
A strong case can be made that when it comes to energy and climate issues, Mr. Bloomberg is the most visionary public official in the country.
And a strong argument can also be made that on a personal level, he ranks among the worst individual polluters ever to hold public office.
Mr. Bloomberg owns a helicopter and two jets, both Falcon 900s. He flies everywhere on private jets, by far the least efficient form of transportation on or above the earth. He takes his jet to Bermuda many weekends. He has flown around the globe on it. He uses it to go to Washington. He is planning to get to Copenhagen for the climate conference by private jet, too.

Mayor Bloomberg decided to remove the bike lane from 14 blocks of Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. He did this because the bike lane passes through a religious Jewish neighborhood where men are tasked by their religion not to stare at scantily clad women, i.e. women riding bikes in shorts. Apparently, this staring is the fault of the women on the bikes, not the staring men, so the bike lane marking were sandblasted away.
Of course this angered the bile riders who have promised to go to Copenhagen to blast the mayor for not supporting pollution free transportation. They also repainted the lanes and posted the video on Youtube.
Final score:
Akron 0
Virginia 0
Sadly, Virginia wins on penalty kicks. Shit. But both teams played really tough – it was a defensive struggle but fun to watch.
Good news is that the Zips are only graduating one senior, so most of the team should be back at it next season.
And it was definitely a better way to spend my Sunday afternoon than watching the Bucs get their asses kicked again. But at leasy they’re making Jets fans happy today.
I can’t really gloat and it’s not my style.
I just say Geaux, Saints!
