Back to work today, after a”day off” that’s left me exhausted. Right now, I can’t imagine how I’ll make it through the day, but after a relaxing hour or so in the dentist’s chair, I’m sure I’ll perk right up. I really wish it was Friday.

been there, felt that.
day at a time eh?
eya Travis, that is an interesting story!
Well Cuomo wasted no time in giving me a reason to miss Paterson:
Cuomo said he was against extending a “temporary” income-tax surcharge imposed on high-income earners in 2009 and set to expire at the end of 2011, despite having to close a massive $10 billion budget gap.
Cuomo indicated that renewing the surcharge would amount to a tax hike, which would violate his campaign pledge not to boost taxes.

Forget the summer solstice – this has been the longest day of the f*cking year. And it’s still not over.
Andy is, however, trying to freeze the pay of state workers. This also would amount to a tax hike, but since the average state worker isn’t a “high-income earner,” it’s OK.
